Keeper Of The Loons!

A New Jersey man has become the self declared "Keeper of all the Lunatics" in the St. Louis area.

The man pictured here is Reginald Aubry Wayne D.T. Winkler and although he has absolutely no credentials, education or experience in mental health care, he believes he can help the demented people of St. Louis, MO. He spends his days calling psychotic and other deranged people and offers to straighten out their life, even though this is likely an impossible task. Many believe that Winkler himself is totally "out of his mind". But somehow he endures and his mental health services are believed to have helped over 2 people during the 10 years that he has been practicing as an unlicensed, unqualified practitioner. We certainly wish him the best in this valiant effort.
